Ryan Malcolm

After very serious competition, Ryan Malcolm was voted the first ever "Canadian Idol".
Following high school, he has studied police work at the St. Lawrence College in Kingston.
Ryan plays guitar and has been singing since he was 12 years old.
He is part of a family band and contributes sometimes by singing his own personally written songs.
In the beginning of his journey to be the first Canadian Idol, Ryan Malcolm was nearly eliminated.
His performances gradually improved over time and Ryan received excellent reviews for his talent.
Ryan Malcolm gained the nick name "waiter boy" which is actually the type of work he was doing when he wasn't performing.
He has now attended a song writer's camp where he had the opportunity to gain further knowledge and perfect his craft.
By winning, Malcolm was offered a chance to make an album, called "Home", in a professional studio.
Since the release of his album, Ryan Malcolm continues to be recognized everywhere and certainly is a true Canadian idol.
